Country Loaf

A classic open-crumb sourdough with a crackly crust. Slow-fermented for 24 hours with a wild starter that has been fed every week for years.

Honey Oat Loaf

Soft and slightly sweet with rolled oats worked into the dough. Great for toast and sandwiches. Baked every Saturday morning.

Jalapeño Cheddar Loaf

Sharp cheddar and roasted jalapeños folded into sourdough. A crowd favorite — limited quantities each week.

Cinnamon Raisin Swirl

A sweet, enriched sourdough with a generous cinnamon-sugar swirl and plump raisins. Perfect with butter.

A hand-tied bouquet of whatever is blooming that week — sunflowers, zinnias, dahlias, cosmos. Every one is different.

Six to eight stems of field-grown garden roses, wrapped in kraft paper. Cut fresh the morning of market.

Wildflower Cottage Mix

A loose, abundant mix of cottage garden flowers — lisianthus, larkspur, snapdragons, and more. Informal and gorgeous.

Handmade ceramics by Jordan Gibson. Each piece is thrown on the wheel, finished with signature drippy glazes, and fired with care. Mugs, bowls, vases — functional art you actually use.

Everyday Mug

A sturdy, hand-thrown mug with a comfortable handle and the signature drippy glaze that Birch Tree Designs is known for. Holds 12 oz.

Stoneware Bowl

A wide, shallow bowl perfect for pasta, salads, or just looking good on your table. Each one is unique.

Bud Vase

A small, elegant vase for a few stems. Wheel-thrown and fired in the wood kiln. Perfect with a single garden rose.

A large, flat platter for cheese boards, bread, or appetizers. One of the most requested pieces.
